Expo Markers

This week at Walgreens they have the 2 pack of Expo Markers for $.99!

There are 2 coupons out that will make them free when you buy 2 packs. It will create $.02 overage so i would pick up a very inexpensive (peppermint, pencil) filler just in case.

The first coupon can be found here on their Facebook page:
expomarkers

The second coupon is on Coupons.com under zip code 55555
Disclaimer: this was a very HOT coupon and may be gone :-( sorry

Back to School

Who else can't believe that it is already August? Time to go back to school! Did you know that back to school shopping has become like a second Christmas to retailers? Great deals and sales are all over the place this time of the year so be on the look out. Here are a few tips to help you out.

• Shop your house for school supplies you may have had a surplus of last year and have forgotten about.
• When shopping for clothes look for things that can be layered to go from the summer to the winter chill.
• Take advantage of tax-free weekends. (This weekend, Alabamians!)

• Reuse zipper binders, cloth book covers, dividers and anything else that is still in good shape and can get the job done.

• Set a up a swap party to exchange clothes and books (think required reading!).
