Transaction#1

Buy the Speed Stick 2/$5 Get $3RR

Transaction#2

use the $3RR to buy the Colgate which would be $3.49+tax and produce $3RR

use the $3RR to buy the Pert & the Expo markers; since with the coupon, the Pert would be $2.99 you would need to pick up a small filler such as a pencil or a $.10 candy. This deal would provide you with a $3RR.
